Arrival time 3.00 pm | Departure time 10.00 am

Seasonal prices, coupon and minimum length of stay
Summer season from June 15 to August 31 : minimum stay: 7 nights (Contact us if a shorter stay is available between two bookings)
Out of summer season: reduced rates and minimum stay: 4 nights
Any discount coupon offered under "Special Offers" will be applied to the booking confirmation email.

Booking payment
30% deposit to be received within 10 days of dispatch of the booking confirmation
Balance 30 days before arrival
Payment method : Bank transfer
Reservation deadline before arrival: 3 days

Fees
Fixed price for cleaning:

30 Eur for the tiny house (Ref 004)

60 Eur for the apartment (Ref 001)
The guest is responsible for cleaning during the rental period.
The accommodation must be kept clean and returned in a clean condition.
Tourist tax :
Collected in favor of the Communauté d'Agglomération du Gard Rhodanien,
Deposit:

250 Eur for the tiny house
-
500 Eur for the apartment
Payable by bank transfer or in cash.
Refundable on departure after inventory of the equipment.
