​Seasonal prices and minimum length of stay
Summer season from June 14 to September 13: minimum stay: 7 nights
​Out of summer season: reduced rates and minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking payment
30% deposit to be received within 10 days of dispatch of the booking confirmation
Balance 30 days before arrival
Payment method : Bank transfer

Fees
Fixed price for cleaning:

30 Eur for the tiny house (Ref 004)

60 Eur for the apartment (Ref 001)
Fixed price for stays up to 7 nights
For a stay longer than 7 days, the fixed price will be charged for each additional week
Tourist tax :
Collected in favor of the Communauté d'Agglomération du Gard Rhodanien,
Deposit:

250 Eur for the tiny house
-
500 Eur for the apartment
Payable by bank transfer or in cash.
Refundable on departure after inventory of the equipment.
